more catch-up!

had yet another busy day yesterday!  today i have new class starting, some stuff to pack and some charms to bake, so i figured i should start the blog before i become too overwhelmed!

wednesday, 2/16

breakfast:
oats w/ peanut butter and banana:  6 pts (usually 8 pts, but only ate a little over half the bowl)

activity:
30 min. treadmill:  +2 pts

snack:
apple:  0 pts

dinner:
chips and queso dip:  8 pts
enchilada and taco dinner:  estimating about 20 pts, didn't have any figures for them.  D:

slice of leftover cake:  6 pts

today, 2/17

yogurt with cool whip:  2 pts

lunch: 
2 taco bell tacos:  8 pts
pintos and cheese:  4 pts
2 valentines chocolates:  2 pts

weigh-in tomorrow!  i'm nervous because of my off day (my tasty anniversary) but also excited because i've been working the treadmill hard all week!  in fact i think i've only missed one day and everyday i have done it has been 30 minutes and on the incline!  so even if i've only lost another 3 pounds i'll be a happy tiffers.  :D
