good morning blog!

it's morning time!  and i'm awake!  i have to be to work at one, so i wanted some breakfast and maybe some lunch.  but at least some breakfast.  :D

breakfast:
smart ones ham egg and cheese on english muffin:  6 pts
yogurt:  2 pts

lunch:
smart ones chicken alfredo:  7 pts

snack:
apple:  0 pts
string cheese:  1 pt
mcdonald's ice cream cone:  2 pts

activity:
30 minutes treadmill:  +2 pts

ha ha, worked off that ice cream cone!

dinner:
2 buffalo chicken sandwiches:  13 pts

17 points to go. . .even after those sandwiches i think i'm still hungry. . .gonna wait a little bit and decide on that. . .

decided i was still hungry and ate some soup.

worst decision ever.  apparently i was not hungry and was just craving soup, so now my tummy feels like it's full of soup and tea.  it's a very unpleasant liquid-y feeling, and i would like it to stop now.

  1. I love those smart ones muffins. They have an egg, cheese, potato, and ham smart ones thing too. I like that as well, but only if I add ketchup :D

  2. they are much better than i thought they'd be cuz normally i don't like english muffins. but out of the microwave it was so cuddly and warm. so cuddly and warm that i ate it. :D
